Rebuild pppd dependencies?

I've tested:
- network-manager-fortisslvpn, success!
- network-manager-pptp, success
- network-manager-l2tp - blocked by: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xl2tpd/+bug/1951832 (found 2021-11-21) - I did downgrade to 1.3.12 as noted in the bug, and it was still busted (same problem).
I am not setup to be able to test rp-pppoe. And of course, it does passes with network-manager-sstp.
