Hello everyone,

Just a reminder: tomorrow we will be freezing focal-updates (and
focal-security) for the preparation of release candidates for 20.04.3
(planned to be released on the 26th of August). This means that
basically after our release candidate images are built, no packages -
other than ones approved by the release team - will be released from
-proposed.

Note to SRU members: please tread carefully even when accepting new
uploads to -proposed - and of course, please do not release any SRUs
until 20.04.3 is done.

There will be a separate announcement tomorrow once we have the
images. Fingers crossed for a smooth release!

On behalf of the release team,
