File locations have now changed, and are in focal/ and groovy/
subdirs, and focal is no longer in individual file names

focal.yml -> focal/release.yml
focal-proposed.yml -> focal/proposed.yml

and so on.

Need to work on setting this up in ~ubuntu-archive like the other 
reports.
