New PPU Developers

The Developer Membership Board met on March 9, 2020 at around 15:00 UTC.

The following DMB members were present:

The DMB voted in favor of granting the following application:

 - Robert Jennings (rcj) for livecd-rootfs (+5/-0, two votes not cast
because overwhelming majority/quorum reached)
