shim in focal was reverted prior to beta [manual action required]

Hi,

it seems that we did not announce widely that we had to revert
shim before focal beta, as it was failing to run fwupd, and
hence users could not update their firmware.

Due to technical reasons with signing and stuff, we could not
revert it with a higher version number, so people who were
running focal before the revert did not get it automatically
and are still affected.

To see if you are affected, run `apt policy shim shim-signed`
and check that the installed versions come from a repository.

If you are affected, you should be able to downgrade shim
by using `apt install shim/focal shim-signed/focal` (or groovy,
if you are running that and are affected).

Apologies for the inconvenience.
