Paused releasing of packages to -updates

I wanted to let everybody know that with the upcoming point releases of
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS the Ubuntu Release team has asked
the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates team not to release any packages from
-proposed to -updates for those two releases of Ubuntu. So that's why
you may see a delay in packages moving, however if there is something
that you feel is critical to release feel free to contact me.
