Not that though. If anyone else does this, feel free to point us to
the cases in #ubuntu-release and we can fix them.

We certainly ought to fix proposed-migration to handle this case better,
granted. There are some improvements in the handling of test requesting
/ skipped tests / neutral results / ... in Debian's britney. We'd get
fixes if we rebased ours. I did start that some months ago but it proved
to be difficult to do as we have diverged a fair bit. I'd like to get
back to it sometime soon if at all possible.
