Polling for opinions on removing vm-builder, sandbox-upgrader and auto-upgrade-tester

We migrated auto-upgrade-tester to a new infrastructure a while ago and 
completely stopped using it. sandbox-upgrader has never been used by the 
QA team. vmbuilder is not used in any of our active projects and is safe 
to remove on our side.
