The Debian-import-related fixes should land within a day or so from now,
I expect.  There isn't really a backlog to speak of; the first import
after the necessary deployments may take a few minutes longer than
usual, but that's about it.

As for the PPA signing fixes, some of them will land together with the
Debian-import-related fixes, but I've been working on other parts
(further changes needed to do bulk re-signing) today and those are still
under review.

I wouldn't put too much stock in that estimate; it should be done well
before then.
