Exactly, hence my suggestion to only do it if there is enough RAM.

It's easy enough to change or turn this on (add to fstab, or
"cp /usr/share/systemd/tmp.mount /etc/systemd/system/" if you don't
want to mess with fstab). The difficulty is whether/when we'll do that
by default.
