 - applied patch from bug report, still seeing a build failure.

 - found a fix which was dropped from the merge.

 - uploaded.

 - merged into packaging branch as it had already been sponsored.

pad.lv/1607546: [needs packaging] budgie-welcome
pad.lv/1594596: [needs packaging] arc-firefox-theme
 - reviewed.

lp:~jbicha/ubuntu-make/autopkgtest-depend-on-debounce
 - pinged didrocks, who merged it. \o/

pad.lv/1604010: sntp missing
 - unsubscribed sponsors as suggested in the bug.
