Ubiquity bugs

Hello,

I hope it's not too late for Wily but these 2 Ubiquity bugs need to be
fixed:

Ubiquity resizes partition even when not asked to

Ubiquity freezes during partition creation
<http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/partman-ext3/+bug/1361951>

They are relatively old, have duplicates and already have good feedback I
think.
