Fakeroot problems

Hi all

I'm having a problem with fakeroot in that it always results with an error.
This is only with specific locals (nl here). I already files a bug report
here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fakeroot/+bug/1290069
So I ask here who'd need to be notified cause this makes packaging fail and
is already "new" for 3 months.
