errors.ubuntu.com and upgrade crashes

Thats true, but as described this leads to both the ranking and the reported
version numbers in  errors.ubuntu.com to be mmisleading and wrong, thus its
IMHO better for errors.ubuntu.com to ignore those -- or at least not rank them.
That doesnt mean that these bugs shouldnt be fixed as ressources and priorities
allow.
