[CFT] xorg-server 1.16!

Hey all,

Now that xorg-server 1.16 has been released with builtin support for glamor acceleration it's time to move all drivers over to it.

The ppa is available at ppa:canonical-x/x-staging

The following drivers have received version bumps:
- xserver-xorg-input-evdev
- xserver-xorg-video-ati
- xserver-xorg-video-intel
- xserver-xorg-video-nouveau

Binary drivers that are incompatible:
- nvidia-173 (won't receive updates, will be dropped after transition to 1.16)
- fglrx (will probably not receive updates until near release, so will be temporarily dropped in the archive, use radeon for now)

The rest of the drivers have only received rebuild bumps.

Reports of failure and success are equally welcome!
