indicator-weather broken, should we drop it from raring?

So...  pywapi eventually landed in 13.04.  Is there a Unity indicator
that leverages this API now?

indicator-weather was dropped after Quantal, and hasn't resurfaced for
Saucy.  Is there a new alternative for Saucy?
