SRU team PSA - verifying your own SRU uploads

Hi all!

Some time ago the SRU team announced that it's perfectly ok to verify
your own SRU uploads.

We *prefer* an unrelated verification, as it's so easy to accidentally
have some cruft hanging around accidentally fixing things.

But we prefer even more strongly to not have SRUs hanging around in
*-proposed forever, unloved, and representing work done that's not
benefiting users.

We now have a bot sweeping the SRU bugs in *-proposed commenting when a
package has been waiting to be verified for 90 days. Feel free to treat
this as a trigger to do a (real!) self-verification.
