Distro patches in qtbase-opensource-src

Because there's an open FFe request for adding another set of distro patches
to qtbase-opensource-src (still waiting to hear the upstream status, BTW -
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1126205 ), I decided to take a look at the
package and see what else was there. There are two currently.

One, to fix the PowerPC build was upstreamed and I can see by tracing from the
LP bug mentioned in debian/changelog to the linked Qt upstream bug that this
fix was forwarded upstream and will be included in Qt5 5.0.2.

The other, debian/patches/fix_maliit_activation.patch, I can't see documented
anywhere. There is no mention in debian/changelog, and the patch headers say:

Description: Fix maliit keyboard activation
Maliit server wasn't necessarily activated when it should have. This
 patch fixes the issue.

Was this ever forwarded? What's it's status?
