Issue with memtest86+ on Quantal ISO

There is an issue with memtest86+ that causes false failures due to bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/memtest86+/+bug/1071209.
This has been fixed in -updates, however users of the Quantal ISO as a
LiveCD will still encounter these issues. (See comments at the end of
the bug). Is there a place we can put notes telling users to _not_ test
memory with memtest86+ on this ISO, since it is known to be bad.
