Implementation of Release Schedule changes from vUDS and IRC

At vUDS, we discussed a few release schedule changes for Saucy, based
on the fact that the original schedule was copied from a template and
could do with some tweaking. Yesterday, on IRC, we discussed this
further to make sure everyone was on the same page, and the following
changes have been applied, as agreed to both at vUDS and on IRC:
- Dropped Alpha3
- Move Alpha1/2 to wk9/13
- Move FeatureFreeze to Beta1Freeze
- Move DocStringFreeze to FinalBetaFreeze
The last two are probably not contentious in the least. It didn't
make much sense to have FF be a week out from yet another freeze, so
we bumped it down to give everyone an extra week. It also didn't
make much sense to have a doc string freeze after final beta freeze,
so that was moved up a week to match.
As for the alphas, one might note that, in raring, we only had two
alphas, and in saucy, we had an A3 dangerously close to A2. This was
widely regarded as an accident, and A3 has been completely removed
from the schedule.
To make the cadence from A1 to A2 to B1 freeze a bit more pleasant,
and backfill gaps from A3 disappearing (and a few other arguments put
forward here and there), A1 and A2 have been slipped a week later in
the schedule. Thanks to ScottK and Riddell for their input on this,
and everyone else for having patience while we sorted out if this
would be a disastrous change.
Enjoy the extra week of breathing room, and we'll see everyone who's
participating in Alpha1 shortly. :)
