Restart option in supervisor init script does not work (pad.lv/1163753)
 - could be closed after the sync of 1206476.

 - fixed a few small issues and uploaded it.

 - asked Jorge to find out if somebody from juju upstream was interested
   in shipping it upstream.

 - started a conversation between Sébastien and Adam to find out if
   sosreport should be a Desktop recommends.

 - reviewed, had a build problem.
