Could PPAs accept <distro>-proposed pockets?

You can override the series in the changelog by uploading to a
different location on the FTP server.  The path is parsed like this:

~<personname>[/ppa_name]/<distroname>[/distroseriesname]

So if you add the series as the last path part it'll do what you want.
 (I don't think the ppa target in /etc/dput.cf deals with this so
you'll need to add a custom section)
