When should Python 3.3 become the default?

these are now all available for 3.2 and 3.3,except:

just a library dependency

it felt spending more time on this discussion than fixing things. Even a test
rebuild now immediately benefits from the availability of the python3.3
extensions in the archive, not reporting issues with unavailable dependencies.
