When should Python 3.3 become the default?

I suppose this means that if Matthias is also in agreement with the Langasek
Plan, we will need to revert the change of supported versions.  As soon as
general uploads are ready, I can then create the PPA and upload a new
python3-defaults to it for 3.3-as-default.
