There are thousands of i386 packages that don't install on amd64 for one
reason or another. This makes any attempt to report on the affected
packages useless, because there are only a handful of packages that we
actually *expect* to be installable and care about when they aren't.
It may be reasonable to report on a whitelist of those packages that we care
about, but this shouldn't live in the main britney instance because britney
is critical-path for updates to the development pocket.
