To date I'm only aware that we've discussed using testing migration scripts
to ensure archive installability; our reasons for pulling from testing for
the LTS have generally had more to do with the other main aspect of testing,
namely the filtering out of release-critical bugs.  Do you foresee us doing
that kind of RC bug tracking as part of -proposed migration?

If not - and I hope not ;) - I think it will still to our advantage to track
testing for the RC bug gauntlet aspect.
