dh_python2 and /usr/share/pyshared in quantal

Of the four packages on the list that I've touched, none of them do that.  In 
one of them, python-qt4, debian/rules only mentions pyshared to remove empty 
directories left there.  It's an artifact of the way the build system works, 
not a bug related to sys.path.
