What you describe here an issue doesn't apply in a world where proposed 
is used as a staging area, things would not be copied to the release 
pocket before being built on all archs...

(Btw why did you feel like crossposting on a second list was a good 
idea, it just makes the discussion harder to follow, and you can assume 
that release team members read the devel list to follow what's happening 
in Ubuntu)
