Removing gnome-nettool from the default Desktop image?

In oneiric, it had a fairly high number of people reporting bugs 
(specifically 806606 and dupes thereof), so I think people do use it, 
but I don't have an accurate way to gauge on how many.  Is this being 
proposed for removal for space reasons?
