PulseAudio 2.1 now available for testing for quantal.

If we haven't already, perhaps the community testing team could create
some test cases and recruit some folks with specific hardware profiles
to do some rigorous test case driven testing. That way we can be more
confident that the new audio stack was exercised fully and on
different hardware, rather than assuming "no news is good news.
