State of the Sponsoring Queue

Hello everybody,

the sponsoring queue [1] recently has seen a bunch of additions. It
would be good to get the list down to close to 0 again.

For the Canonical employees with upload rights: if you haven't had the
time to tend to your patch piloting duties, it'd be good if you could
put in an extra hour or two again. For everyone else: please help review
the open items. There's good documentation available for reviews. [2]
Also if you are looking at syncs, you might be interested in checking
out the new sync machinery. [3]

There are enough good reasons for trying to do better with regard to
reviews. The vast majority has gone through lots of sponsorship yourself
before you got upload rights and you know how irritating it can be to
wait for a review. Also with the new focus on QA we might want to get
new fixes in rather sooner than later.

Thanks to everyone who helps out with these efforts!

Big hugs,
 Daniel
