Could PPAs accept <distro>-proposed pockets?

Consider the other way round instead: just use "precise" as the target
for all your precise-related uploads, whether to the primary archive or
to PPAs.  For the last couple of months, Launchpad has auto-rewritten a
bare <series> to <series>-proposed for all uploads to the primary
archive.  We haven't laid down any kind of standard, but it's fine to
use this for SRUs if you wish.
