Sync qpdf 3.0.1-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

 - closed as it was synced already.

 - asked for it to be rejected as the typo fix had been forwarded to
   Debian already.

New upstream release (pad.lv/1036227)
 - uploaded with minor changes.

PokerTH Icon size: Its pixelated on the Alt-Tab-Window (pad.lv/947159)
pokerth crashes when trying to connect a LAN game (pad.lv/1023582)
 - unsubscribed ubuntu-sponsors as the patches were already sponsored
   and are currently in SRU verification

gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad, (libgstvideoparsersbad.so), causes a failure
to decode many common video files encoded as AVC 1 Baseline - L2.1,
Baseline - L1.1 & others (pad.lv/973014)
 - pinged slomo about it.
