Key signing party for UDS/Linaro in Orlando

4 days away now, and this wiki page is still a placeholder.  Is someone
planning to collect keys centrally for this (e.g.,
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UDS-O/KeySigningParty)?  If so, time is short.

(If not, that puts an upper limit on the number of people who can
participate effectively, as keysigning goes quite a bit more slowly when
everyone has to exchange paper printouts of their keys.)
