UDS Final Preparation and scheduling

Hi everyone,

Just doing a quick update on UDS stuff:

- The schedule is starting to populate, most of you should be in the
middle of working on your blueprints, if you need help with that check
out this page: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UDS/Scheduling
- The plenaries are full, sorry! If you want to show something off
then we encourage you to do a 5 minute lightning talk on Friday.
- Due to an increase of rooms being used, the IS team is looking for
people to help set up on Sunday if your travel plans allow for it.
Things like:
  - Deploy PCs and projectors to rooms, deploy power strips and
extension cords to rooms, cover all cords and trip hazards with the
awesome pink tape, act as runners to fetch kit from the Tech Room,
walk the floor looking for Wi-Fi dead spots
  - Contact Sean if you want to lend a hand:
sean.sosik-hamor at canonical.com. IS is in Grand Sierra C if you want to
link up with them, even 30 minutes of donated time would really help
them out!

- We have a bunch of social events this time, 4 out of 5 days have
events, including Rackspace Happy hour on Tuesday by the pool, a LAN
party organized by the DX team, a testing BoF (please RSVP to that
one), and a Classic Horror Film Night sponsored by the Florida LoCo
