I guess the source of confusion is that my bug report is displayed with
incorrect time (+1 hour), so it's in future and isn't showing up on
package page. I'm posting mail from Europe/Moscow timezone, and I guess
BTS (or something between it and me) isn't aware of the recent DST
change which came into effect this Sunday.
