Measuring success/failure in the installation

I don't want to present the data this way. Apologies about not being
clear about this before, but I only want it to use percentages for
each side.

Counting installations will almost certainly lead to people
speculating about Ubuntu's size with a very poor metric as their only
set of data.  There are plenty of cases where Internet access isn't
available at the time of installation.  There are lots of people who
run the installer once, then always upgrade from there, and of course
there are plenty of OEMs shipping Ubuntu to people who will never ever
see the installer.
