It is not forwardable to Debian until we get to step 4) on
<http://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch/Bootstrapping>.  Please also note the
mapping of Ubuntu to Debian version numbers for multiarch-related
build-dependencies in <http://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch/Implementation>.
