I got through fewer items than usual since a couple of these were very

  Some presentational changes needed; marked needs-fixing, and can merge
  once that's done.

lp:~jamesodhunt/ubuntu/natty/vim/add-upstart-syntax
  Needed a manual rebase outside bzr due to known UDD breakage, but
  otherwise fine; uploaded.

lp:~jamesodhunt/ubuntu/natty/upstart/proposed-stage2
  Long review with a number of largely cosmetic issues.  Marked
  needs-fixing, and can merge once that's done.

lp:~kalon33/ubuntu/natty/pcsc-lite/merge-from-unstable
  Several conflict resolution errors; marked needs-fixing.

lp:~jamesodhunt/ubuntu/natty/gdm/single-user-to-multi-user-mode-fix
  One cosmetic problem, and needs to be rebased/resubmitted against the
  ubuntu-desktop branch.

lp:~kalon33/ubuntu/natty/ccid/merge-from-unstable
  Resubmit due to confusion with a sync; in any case, as discussed in
  the bug, this should go upstream first.
