changing the python default from 2.6 to 2.7

FYI, I ran into https://launchpad.net/bugs/690646 today and noticed that
my chroots had python2.6-minimal installed, which should be removed (as
mentioned in the bug). I decided to regenerate my natty schroots from
scratch, and others may need/want to do the same.
