lp:ubuntu-archive-tools now; this one:

it's called like

  component-mismatches -d "$OUT/component-mismatches.dot" -o "$OUT/component-mismatches.txt
  dot -Tsvg -Gdpi=55 -o "$OUT/component-mismatches.svg" "$OUT/component-mismatches.do
