The bug retracers are broken

Hi,

Just for informations the retracers are currently broken and the issues
seem non trivial to fix so they might stay down for a while until
somebody has time to work on those

If you are curious about the issues:

The oneiric retracers running on an natty environment fails on 
"    import apt_pkg
ImportError: /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version
`GLIBCXX_3.4.15' not found (required
by /tmp/tmp7KiVn6/usr/lib/libapt-pkg.so.4.11)"

running in an oneiric environment they hit a
"dpkg: error: unable to access dpkg status area: No such file or
directory"
when trying to use dpkg
