No, the SRU team has typically been strictly against doing new upstream
versions of video drivers as SRUs, so ubuntu-x usually does not do this.

Instead we maintain a PPA with driver updates here:

  https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat/+archive/x-updates

(If there are particular patches in 6.13.2 that solve reproducible bugs
reported in launchpad, generally SRUs will be accepted for those once
they're sufficiently tested.)
