Aye, the general idea is to help focus the discussion, to make the work
we're doing more visible and easier to understand both inside and
outside the project, and to help various editions of Ubuntu and teams
within the project to see commonalities and opportunities for collaboration.

Some of these themes are pretty meat-and-potatoes for a Linux
distribution ("Package Selection and Defaults") and will likely stick
around for years. Others seem more timely for the current focus of the
project and will shift as that focus changes over time.
