Auto Bug Expiry on Launchpad

I'm glad to hear this, thanks! Anything which will help to clear up
the clutter and avoid unnecessary manual work is greatly welcome. So
far we have to weed out the "died" incomplete bugs manually from time
to time, copy&pasting our standard bug responses, which from the
user's POV already looks like an automated process, but still takes
developer time.
