long. Alan Bell and Alan Pope recommended that we should consider
lightning talks at the /beginning/ of UDS, not for random talks but
where people kind of "sell" their session later in the week - this
could help getting people to where they need to go. Also I like the
discussion that can be generated from lightning talks.
Scheduling - I've already proposed that someone at the desk should be
able to schedule sessions, that will remove the "find Jorge or an
orange shirt or you'll never get things scheduled" problem.

PS - on the other hand I think UDS is unique in a way that it is
obvious to everyone what the goals are for the next 6 months.
Sometimes I attend other conferences and feel like nothing gets
accomplished, and I'm frankly bored! When I get to UDS I know everyone
there is going to bust ass getting things planned and done. I am glad
that we have more outside feedback (thanks Stephan!) this time around
because it's very easy to become so embroiled in the event that you
don't sit down for hours at a time!
