What about expand this concept a bit and make the UDS a process and an
event in the sense that the preparation for the UDS started way ahead
(say at the beginning of the cycle) with regular open meetings and
defined rules and schedule where the large topics could be covered in a
broad view and, step by step, refined until we have a very well defined
and focused list of items to be just polished and agreed upon at the UDS
itself?
