.desktop files and translations help needed

Hey everyone,

I have a few .desktop files for kubuntu-docs, however these files aren't
used to execute an application and are used by khelpcenter for the index. I
figured out that by naming the file .desktop.in and using _Name=Foo bar
will be it translated, I think.

Anyways, I have a funky rules file to install .desktop files to another
location, however I am totally confused about changing the .desktop.in to
.desktop and having the _Name= removed. I have been using dh_install
foo.desktop to where ever it needed to go.

OK, enough rambling, as I am confused as hell. I think I probably confused
those who might read this as well. If you have any pointers or things to
read, please please let me know. Thanks!
