If you create a file /etc/pm/config.d/keep-wol with the contents:

HOOK_BLACKLIST=powersave-policy-ethernet-wol

then the script won't be run. However, I just tested this and it's
broken right now. It's a simple fix, so I'll add it in and send it
upstream.
