TODOs from armel/thumb2 rebuild of main

Hi all,

over the weekend the mobile team rebuild the rest of main in order to get
everything on armv7 and thumb2.

The rebuild was moderately intrusive and touched ~320 source packages. Overall,
it went really well with just a few ftbfs coming out of it. Most failures were
not armel specific.

The mobile team will go through the list and find proper assignees for each. If
you see something you know up front that you want to work on it, just go ahead and
take the bug.
